Increase to 3 decimal places in pricing

Hi, I ran into an issue that i have some products that're being billed by the half a penny like $3.725
i would appreciate if you can increase to allow 3 decimal places in product/invoice/quotes etc. pricing

it might be a rare scenario, but i don't think it's such a big of a deal to change that and it would be a big help for me (and maybe for others)

Hey @Bigbug we could increase the decimal in SQL although im afraid it might break some calculations across the board. Ill try change the db manually on my test instance and see what it does.

I also have a fear this would break things in unpredictable ways. Can you not just round to the nearest penny?

I do not have an accounting background but a quick Google search shows that, at least from a UK perspective, two decimal places seems fine for most use cases?

When dealing with cash, the minimum legal tender in the UK is one penny, or £00.01, so unless there is a very special reason for doing otherwise, it is sufficient to calculate pounds to the second decimal place only.
