Setting a client contact to have portal access and adding the Technical role can give clients access to all documents. Is there a way to control which documents they can and can't see? Even a check box perhaps to make it client visible…
Also, the list they get includes folders, and also every revision of the document (the same document is simply listed multiple times with each saved timestamp). I think ideally, only the latest revision should be visible (otherwise it's asking for confusion).
More of a bug, but embedded images viewed from the technician side are fine, but are broken in the client portal side.
