While we figure out an easier way to do this (all ears), some observation around Assets. We're migrating everything from Snipe-IT into ITFlow. There is no automation between various suppliers and ITFlow, nor do we probably want to track every piece of hardware sold (we don't care about a keyboard/mouse etc). Usually serialised stuff (especially for warranty) so down to docks and monitors. So, barring a better solution, it's a manual entry of each asset we want to track.
In Snipe-IT, all assets are presented in one big list, we can easily see what was last entered, and pick up from where you last left off. ITFlow, all assets are tucked under each client, and the asset report contains Client Name, Asset Name, Asset Type and Asset Status. We can't sort this list by purchase date for example.
So, would it be possible to say, add more columns to the asset report? Ideally, the ability to edit and sort by the columns, because I'd imagine people might want a name, date purchased, install date, supplier etc…
We also can't sort assets within clients by say, purchase date, just install date. The ability to edit the columns shown under client assets would also be awesome. For example, we could remove OS/IP if we didn't need to see it, in favour of columns we do need.
