Feature request - Live chat channel

This is one for the long term roadmap. The only thing that Zammad does better than ITFlow right now is communication channels. My favorite one is the chat. It shows you a bit of code that you put on your website (or wherever) and any chats get turned into tickets that allow you to communicate live.

wrongecho Rocket chat looks promising considering it's an easy integration. Thanks for mentioning it. I was gravitating towards tawk.to for a different project, but I think I prefer Rocket. Tawk.to isn't open source, but they hooked me in with $2.20/hr live chat agents.

I havent used Rocketchat but heard great things about it.

This would be more than likely something we may implement after 1.0 is released

How about adding a chat that could be used between the users?

It'll also be great to do same for clients
