wrongecho I deffo agree a client portal needs to be high up in the roadmap. I think the usefulness of the ticket system in its current state is very limited. Once the portal is in place, we can then look into email integration and all that fancy stuff?

wrongecho paul We've now added email ticketing. It's still fairly basic, but should be enough to get up and running. Instructions are in the docs.

Wikiphil Hi guys, Tickets work fine in most of my tests. Can we add "re-open" in case the tech just think in done too fast? And, MERGE feature is a good idea, but we can merge two tickets of different clients… is it Ok? Thanks for your work.
