JosephWithCOR Is there anyway to set the default response (Internal Note / Public Comment & Email / Public Comment) type for a ticket? Its a personal preference, I get it. I would like the opportunity to set it for my company.
johnny yeah I get it, i'm more inclined to make it public Email Client, maybe it should be default again. Maybe a vote?
wrongecho I think this should be configurable. We had multiple requests for Internal note to be the default type previously.
