Is it possible to add the ability to bulk delete items on a ticket created from template?
The templates I have created are for common tasks, but these tasks are not always performed the exact same way as the customer's needs are not always exactly the same. As a result I have created check boxes for all the sub tasks I may complete through that ticket, and I delete the ones that I do not need once I have actually generated the ticket. (e.g. A template for reimaging with one checkbox for installing windows, and one checkbox for installing linux. Obviously one needs to be deleted or the ticket will appear to be incomplete)
As it stands, I have to individually delete every item I don't want and then wait for the page to refresh, and then scroll back down to wherever I was at and then delete another item, and repeat this for every item I may not need. Sometimes just one or two boxes need to be removed, but sometimes many. It would be nice if the checkboxes were for bulk selection and a separate "completed" button existed for individual tasks
