I think the issue is the shell_exec, its not in the list. I spoke to the hosting support and they said that it may be because the shared hosted server does not have all of the required specs that are listed on your install page. So with hat being said, this is just one thing I will have to live without and just enter it in manually. I dont want to waste anymore of your time, there is nothing wrong with the software, it is the host that I am using, sorry for that. I have had this isntalled and working great, no issues at all until I saw that date not change, other than that I have not seen any issues and as far as I know everything else works great.
