I think the issue is the shell_exec, its not in the list. I spoke to the hosting support and they said that it may be because the shared hosted server does not have all of the required specs that are listed on your install page. So with hat being said, this is just one thing I will have to live without and just enter it in manually. I dont want to waste anymore of your time, there is nothing wrong with the software, it is the host that I am using, sorry for that. I have had this isntalled and working great, no issues at all until I saw that date not change, other than that I have not seen any issues and as far as I know everything else works great. Thank you for taking the time to help me troubleshoot. I really appreciate it.

If its not in the list it means it's not disabled. I disabled it in my dev box to show you what it might look like.

A different way to help see this would be to go into the domain entry itself. Do you see the Raw WHOIS on the record tab or is that blank too?

The only thing I have access to is the cpanel, other than that I am not sure what else to do. Cpanel access is all I have at this provider. Can I get that info from there? I can do domain specific things, I just am not where to go to get them.

In ITFlow go to the domain record, edit it, select the records tab. You should see raw WHOIS.

That would suggest we're not getting anything back from the WHOIS at all. Likely a hosting issue.

Ok no problem, I can live without it, just thought it would be nice to have but not a deal breaker for me, the rest of what I need seems to work great.
