Hey @Jamwor007
Is there a way to do a full export of data if for any reason this project stopped getting support like to csv files per compnay or if a company moves to an other supplier
That's a fair concern, but we have great plans for ITFlow. We have some generous donators which helps us dedicate time to the project. It's also likely we're going to be offering hosting for ITFlow in the next few months.
ITFlow is 100% FOSS - if we ever stopped maintaining it, I'm sure it would eventually be forked & picked up by someone (as often happens with these types of projects).
You can export all client data to PDF in one hit, but this is more for a handover pack. The majority of pages have the ability to export the data shown to CSV, but I don't think there's a central function to do that for you everywhere. You could also do a database dump to CSV using something like phpMyAdmin.

are you at any point lookuing at installable agents for machiens to monitor there stats like for example services and cpu/ram usage then as this could then raise a ticket if a limit was reached
Maybe. I have considered a few times initially looking at doing basic monitoring/reachability checks for domains/certs and then maybe SNMP stuff but it's more tha you'd expect from an RMM/network monitoring system. Currently we'll only tell you if a domain or cert is expiring. I know some community members integrate Tactical RMM using the API.

This could then lead on to remote control and or scheduled tasks I have looked at https://bluetrait.io/ and they are running a very simmilar project but have a few more bells and whistles but i prefer your interface and your setup but need/would like a few more thisng to try and keep everthing in one dashboard
As I mentioned in your other thread, assets can contain links and passwords which can speed things up, but we probably won't offer a remote control solution - at least for a while. We essentially already have three massive tools in one, it's a big ask to add another. Bluetrait might have more bells and whisles but they are also $25/mo/user more expensive 🙃. For what it's worth Bluetrait looks like it's also built on Bootstrap for CSS. Regarding integration with a RMM/Remote Control tool already on the market, see here.

It's nice to hear positive feedback - thank you 🙂
