I'm open to other suggestions from the community but a pop up in the ticket while scheduling with a Do not show again check box, ability to turn the warning off based on a role, or user preferences.
I used to use ConnectWise in the day but… can't remember how they handled it but I definitely don't remember getting popups like in ITflow.
