Users Can't raise tickets

When user's create a ticket they are brought to a blank page, no confirmation of a ticket being created. Using a docker image to host the service logs show [php:error] [pid 70] [client 172.20.0.2:57264] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function santizeInput() in /var/www/html/portal/portal_post.php:14\nStack trace:\n#0 {main}\n thrown in /var/www/html/portal/portal_post.php on line 14, referer: https://test.spicyhomelab.com/portal/ticket_add.php

This has been fixed the function should have been sanitizeInput() this was a regression when we converted over to the new sanitize function
