Auto-check certificate expiry dates

Would it be possible to integrate a cron job to check and update certificate expiry dates on a daily basis? I have two domains that are automatically issued new certs weekly/fortnightly, and you can go into the listing and press the refresh button

and it updates the certificate and expiry date like magic. Due to the constant re-issuing of certificates though, it would be nice if IT Flow could check them daily and update them as needed to keep them out of the upcoming expiries list.

This is already possible but not enabled by default in the ITFlow install script see here

As johnny says, already works, just add the cron job, we have it checking certs at 2am as part of it's work.

Thanks @Alan Im glad its working for you now since @wrongecho fixed the nullified expire issue.

We may bring this back into the default install soon.

Vaild certs have been working with cron for however many months (wee very gentle nudge that being able to customise so that LE certs don't go yellow … well… permanently would be great), the main issue was certs that couldn't be checked by the system, either invalid or not reachable got erased… touch wood, that's working fine currently!
