johnny You found a bug 🫣 Create The Ticket Template and once your in the Ticket Template Details you can add and remove tasks there, we may just remove the Tasks Button here as it really should be done in the details.
johnny We just corrected this, once you create a ticket template you can then add tasks to the ticket template.
