Blocking dismiss all notifications

Had a couple of staff accidentally dismiss all notifications (done it once myself). Would be nice if we can either disable the button, or restrict who can dismiss all notifications at once, as they're global, ie, one person dismisses them all, they're dismissed for everyone.

You also can't restore dismissed notifications, so it's kinda a wait until they come back.

Hi @Alan You can see dismissed notifications by clicking on see dismissed notifications

We are working on a new notification system that is user role based and will push out to all users based on their role.

This way if Joe dismisses all notifications, it won't dismiss every ones.

And Jill from accounting won't see all the domain expire notifications.

Bob From Help Desk won't see Jill's notifications

It goes on but I think you'll get the point..
