413 Request Entity Too Large error when uploading file

When trying to upload a 3.24MB zip file I get the error: 413 Request Entity Too Large

I already have much larger zip files that have previously been uploaded. I tried uploading a few image files with success and even zipped one of the images up which ended up being right around 1mb and that zip failed to upload.

I have seen that but I have tried a 1mb zip file and I get the error.

What are those values set to currently then?

Looks like the default ITFlow script install has the following on my server in /etc/php/8.2/apache2/php.ini

post_max_size = 500M

upload_max_filesize = 500M

Looks good. Your other posts mentioned Nginx. What exactly is the setup on this server? Is this a standalone VM with its own IP or are you sharing an IP via Nginx proxy manager / something else?

I decided to use the Nginx that ships with TRMM to reverse proxy to the ITFlow VM when presented with the ITFlow URL .

I just confirmed that it works fine if I access ITFlow directly by IP and bypassing Nginx. When going through Nginx it looks like I can upload anything as long as it is under about 1.5MB depending on the file type for some reason.

I figured as much. You'll need to adjust the upload limits in Nginx.
