We just heavily updated and tested the install script

New way of setting a timezone
The biggest change was the way we handle cron tasks, it now stores the the itflow cron file in /etc/cron.d/itflow before it was using the crontab of the root user and was not system wide.

I don't think so, likely just affects the install script. If Cron works fine now there's no need to change, other than to reduce confusion when troubleshooting.
There were about 90 tickets that should have popped on the 24th.
Looking at the apache logs didn't reveal much. Attempting to run the cron job

Please disregard. At the bottom of the update list was a fix for the (one of many) issue(s) I had.
