alphaTECH Good morning, This is appearing in my logs, it doesn't seem right: Seems to have started about two months ago: Any thoughts? I have generated over 2200 pages of logs in the last two months from this.
wrongecho The parser removes the lock when it completes. The errors would suggest the parser is getting stuck somewhere and erroring out. You can adjust the parsing cron job to output to logger to see the specific error in syslog. https://docs.itflow.org/cron
alphaTECH Thanks @wrongecho turns out I had the wrong security set for the SMTP server (TLS instead of SSL) which borked the email parser.
