MFA Suddenly stopped working for the admin account

I setup ITFlow last week and started migrating data to it and it is now my main ticketting system

Today I went to login and am getting "Incorrect username or password" after the MFA Step on login for the main admin account

If I attempt a wrong password, it will give the error "Incorrect username or password" before the MFA

Is there a way I can purge the MFA from the SQL database for my user, then set it up again? I have full access to the hardware and root access to the ubuntu 24 install

You can blank the users.user_token field to reset MFA, but I do wonder if you've updated the app and not the database as we made a big change to the way contact credentials are stored recently.

So to be clear something like this

UPDATE `itflow`.`users` SET `user_token` = 'NULL' WHERE (`user_id` = '1');

Yeah that should be fine. Can't hurt to create a dump for a backup beforehand.

I was able to get back in with purging the token
Full SQL command was
UPDATE `itflow`.`users` SET `user_token` = '' WHERE (`user_id` = '1');
as my original command just set the value to the string NULL instead of actually nulling it out
