Blank page when uploading images

I was attempting to upload multiple .jpeg files to a customers "Files". After I clicked upload it just goes to a blank page with no error.

Seems that 10 or more items to goes to a blank page. Less than that works.

It sounds like it may be exceeding your set php Upload limit size or if your using a proxy it could be your post max size.

You can check the sized by going to to admin > debug

Odd… it looks like my php upload limit changed from a while back when wrongecho helped me with something. Its 2MBs but all the files are under that limit still.

interesting, did you install via script. Since the files are being uploaded at once they count as 1 bulk post upload size

johnny I've had this same installation since 2021 I believe the install script was used then. While checking the PHP debug I had to add a few things that were missing. Think it would be nice if ITFlow eventually adds in a system/security check similar to HaloITSM where they tell you what's wrong instead of hunting for it.

We actually just added the checks you are referring to in the install script this week. So all new installs will get checked before proceeding, we also started adding these checks in the debug section in admin as well.

Obviously the updated install script is of little use to you, but debug has been updated with checks too.

Thst said, if you can't afford to spend time troubleshooting now and then, a hosted solution (probably coming soon) or some SaaS like Halo is probably more for you. The one thing I've learned hanging around here is that self hosting important tools isn't for everyone.

wrongecho I think I have to pull my expectations back a little bit. I'm too used to my day-to-day job where every software is production with expediated support.

wrongecho I mean I do donate towards this project and I hope to add more to that soon. I know I shouldn't be expecting 24/7 support by any means but either way… just pointing out a bug with my original post.
