This should be expanded to Information requesting by mode of things like request summarization of client's assets or spreadsheeting of assests or licenses. This can be used to improve workflow. Examples: "how many devices have the OS Windows 10 for Client B" or "How many AV licenses are assigned globally" or "is there any workstations without an AV licenses" or "create a spreadsheet of Client B's Workstations"
