Alan From memory, tickets that have been resolved have a 3 day allowance for re-opening before they're actually closed. I think they're counted in that mix.
wrongecho As Alan said, resolved tickets are included in the total count but we moved them across to the Closed filter. They probably shouldn't be counted anymore so the numbers match, should be as easy fix…
JosephWithCOR If that where the case, I currently have 93 open tickets, 95 shown under Support / tickets, and 30 resolved. It has been consistently two off for some time, that's all.
