Time reports: The system should be able to generate time reports that show the amount of time spent on each ticket, as well as total time spent by each technician or department. Time tracking notifications: The system should have the ability to send notifications to technicians or managers when time tracking thresholds are reached, such as when a certain amount of time has been spent on a ticket. Time approval process: The system should have a time approval process in place to ensure that the time spent on each ticket is approved by a supervisor or manager before being billed to the client. Total spent time on a ticket: The total time spent on a ticket should be visible within the ticket in a small table.
