I have a client. This client has several departments. They have recently expressed an interest in metrics.
Because of the way the reports work, I can provide a "Tickets by Client" report which gives an overview of how many tickets are generated across all departments. They have expressed an interest in the number of tickets generated BY department. While not implicitly asked, it wouldn't surprise me in the least for a report down to the (l)user.
All (l)users are entered by department so in theory it should be possible to create a custom or customizable report down to the detail requested.
Maybe someday?
