How hard would it be to add the time picker / setter at the bottom of a regular ticket to the bulk action screen?
While it doesn't take hardly any time at all to enter the work for the bulk action, it does take time to do the action.
For instance, last night was a round of updates. I ran the same commands against a number of end user workstations. Not much time. I had to verify the results on each of the end user workstation. A bit more time.
As it is, the bulk update logs 00:01:00 per ticket. To get a true time per ticket I would either have to go in and edit each of the bulk updates to reflect time spent per unit (more time), or individually enter each ticket as if it was stand-alone work.
