Just recently noticed that I haven't seen any fax # fields anywhere in ITFlow. We have many customers that rely on on-premise fax machines and fax servers.
No Fax # fields anywhere?
Hey, not part of the dev team, but this sounds like it should be posted in the Feature Request section 
The whole "Let me send a fax using our fax to email service to your fax line, which is probably also a fax to email service" continues to baffle me
Still exists FAX ? lol
You would be surprised. A lot of government agencies, health agencies, etc prefer Fax for "security and privacy reasons".
So yeah, if this can be done painlessly I think it would be a nice-to-have here.
Sounds like it could fit into the client locations section, ill get this added. I had many law offices and doctors offices and they all have faxes so it could prove useful at some point. We were documenting their fax under location notes before

Yeah, we have been putting the fax in notes areas as well. Most of our client base is Healthcare and I have some that literally have 10 MFC printers in the office each with their own fax line. We have been adding those fax numbers to the asset in notes. Also doing that in the asset when they have on-prem fax server with multiple lines. Thank you for at least giving us a dedicated field in the location.
