Adding New Certificates issue.

Since the update I have not been able to add new SSL Certificates to monitor within my instance. I keep getting the same error, see here: https://imgur.com/wChpECw I'm not to sure why this is happening. I was wondering if anyone can point me through how to begin troubleshooting this issue.

I'm not able to reproduce this on the demo which would suggest an issue with your local environment.

Do you definitely have outbound access to the Internet from your ITFlow instance?
Do your PHP error logs say anything when the lookup fails?
If you pull up developer tools, on the network tab you'll be able to see the raw request & response that happens when grabbing the certificate details - what does the response say? Example: https://i.imgur.com/P29RSyX.png

wrongecho - I was able to resolve this issue. I was working on putting a internal DNS Server in-front of this server yesterday, and was able to set the ITFLOW instance to that new internal DNS Server. Come to find out since I made that change everything works as intended.

What I had found was, if I had set my DNS on the instance to point to Cisco Umbrella DNS Servers (208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220) I'd not be able to get certificate information. The moment I pointed it to my Internal DNS server or another different Public DNS Server I was able to get Certificate Information. Before my change yesterday I was using these public DNS Servers as the DNS Servers for the instance.

Not particularly sure why this is as my upstream DNS on my internal DNS Server points to those servers, but something I figured I'd note and see if anyone else experience's the same issue.

Thanks for letting us know! I'm unsure why exactly that's an issue - it hasn't come up before. Very odd, can't really look into it more without those logs but glad it's solved!
