Web Forms

Hi, I think a great feature to have would be web forms. This would allow customers to fill out a form, such as an authorization form for a new AD User, etc. and submit it via the portal. It could be converted into a file and stored in the Files area.

I like this idea however this is something that can be accomplished with the builtin API. and building a simple Web form using HTML5.

I'd really like the ability to create custom reusable forms which pulls info into a ticket.

AdminLTE provides styling for forms to help make the UI nicer but that's where them being "built in" ends. We still have to write all the actual logic for how they work ourselves.
