mysql character problem

when I use Turkish special characters in itflow db updated differently. Turkish characters not updated correctly.

Is there anyone know what should I do?

Client name: Fatih Yıldız

in Itflow I see as: Fatih YÄ±ldÄ±z

How did you install ITFlow and what database are you using?

installed on Yun Host. utf8mb4_general_ci. How did you install itflow?

I have installed with script form scratch but still same issue.

Database setup details:

Database User: itflow

Database Name: itflow

Database Password: xxxxxx

MariaDB ROOT Password: xxxxxx

I assume it'll be related to the database charset but I'm not sure beyond that. I can't say I've ever had to worry about this sort of thing. It seems to break the formatting on the demo but is fine on the develop instance.

Hopefully someone else can chime in with ideas.

Thanks for the help first clean installation was on ubuntu and now I have tried on Debian but still same issue. At first I thougt cause wa charset but no I have changed and tried other charsets. I can use Turkish characters when I edited db directly. Characters seen correctly but if it is added on itflow to db chars corrupted.
