  • Notifications: new ticket created by customer, and update to them

Is there any way to receive notifications when a ticket is created or updated by a client. Email, Push, Gotify… I don't see this option in settings > notifications.

    You can configure an address/distribution list to be notified of new tickets in Admin Settings > Ticket. The assigned agent will get an email when their tickets are updated. There are currently no notifications of replies to unassigned tickets.
