Creating a new ticket in customer portal, in the notification what the customer get is a link like: http://127.0.0.1/ticket.php?ticket_id=839 what won’t work for the customer. I believe it should be something like: http://127.0.0.1/portal/ticket.php?id=839 Links in notifications to tickets generated in itflow are correct. Only the first ones created by the client as a new ticket are incorrect
wrongecho A client manually raising a ticket in the portal only generates an agent notification. No notification is sent to the client for this, as they are already aware of the ticket, because they raised it themselves.
