Something that can be done
so regardless of VOIP provider, you can use Zoiper (free or paid) with your SIP logins, and integrate the ITFLOW in a way to just open the ticket url.
We are using it with OS ticketing:
yoururl/scp/tickets.php?a=open&number={phone}
this opens a new tab in the browser and let you fill in the email address and ticket subject and issue and the phone number is printed directly into the ticket.
I suppose, with the ITFlow, if phone exists, should open a ticket with pre-filled details (email, phone) and technician can just take notes for the ticket body.
Note that the system the company im working for is OS ticketing, which allows you to either search trough existing tickets, if the issue is related and then just logs the phone number as ticket note with time stamp user called, or create a new ticket for the contact.
This is something that definitely would be handy within the ITFlow.
