Customer number

Hi,

It would be cool if you could add a customer number to the properties of a customer.

Maybe ITFlow can create these automatically like ticket, invoice and offer numbers.

In any case, it would be helpful if you can deactivate this to set the customer number manually or via API.

I'm interested to learn why you want a customer number. Each client has a database ID that is used for API functions but I don't really get why you need to give customers their ID/number.

I hadn't seen it until just now.

Customer numbers / database ID would be useful for easy assignment of the customer.

I've just had a look at this in my instance, I think it's okay, but I would still like to be able to search for this ID in the customer directory.

Quite often you have the case in the private customer area that you have double first and last names.

The best thing for me would be if the customer number was directly visible in the customer directory near the name. Perhaps also in the overview when you have opened the customer
