Appointment and Prebooked appointment
Appointment when the time has been agreed and fixed with the customer
Pre-booked appointment:
The customer writes to me that he has a problem XY.
I write him an e-mail with suggested appointments, 3 pre-booked appointments which I reserve for the customer.
The pre-booked appointments should also be in the calendar to prevent double planning
Calendar view:
A separate calendar for each employee would be better. I am interested in where my employees are, I don't want to scroll through 6 entries that tell me that XY has documented a device.
An overall view with all employee appointments would also be useful
Accordingly, I think it makes sense that when you create an appointment for a ticket I can also specify a respective employee.
The employee carrying out the task is not always the employee with the ticket.
The employee could then also set the appointment to “Completed” and specify the actual duration of the appointment.
This way, the time can be included in the ticket billing.
You would also have an overview in the calendar of where employee XY was on day XY and what he did.
