I'm trying to enable domain notification but getting this error.

Also I ran this command to enable certificate notification, it showed up my certificate but on the dashboard it shows disabled
sudo -u www-data php /full/path/to/cron_certificate_refresher.php [KEY]

One more thing, how I can enable asset notification

I believe customisation of notifications and which ones can and can't be disabled are still under development. Items without a tick box currently cannot be modified so you will get the pre-set notifications.

These are also just notifications in the notification area within ITFlow (The bell) it doesn't send e-mails for these that I have seen

I can't say I've seen that broken pipe error before. Is the www-data user and path correct? What version of PHP do you have running for the CLI?

Note that cron_domain_refresher.php does exactly that. It doesn't do any notifications, that's handled under the main Cron. We are planning on making notifications a little more configurable, but it's a low priority at the moment as what we've got functions fine and is good enough imo.

Does adding a domain work normally in the GUI? Like it pulls all the details in?

wrongecho yes and it fetch all DNS records as well as creating certificate

You can ignore the message about the sed broken pipe, it's informational as far as I can tell. The domain info should still get refreshed, it's just due to the way we cut up the whois result - 25.1 will fix it (but you'll have to adjust cron to point to the new scripts in the scripts folder).
