F1forPotato What is the intended difference between these two designations? Tickets marked "resolved" will still show under "your open tickets" in the dashboard, so I guess am a little confused on how "closed" vs "resolved" are intended to be used.
JosephWithCOR Resolved tickets can be reopened for 72 hours just in case something was missed or needed to be added. Closed tickets are just that, closed. Closed tickets can not be reopened.
