Tickets.php - Show full date after 24hrs

Will it be possible to display the date when the ticket was either Open, closed, worked on, etc. Currently, it displays the amount of hours and number of days.

Hey, there's two bits to this:

If you hover over the right hand side of the ticket where it says Internal/Public, it tells you the exact date/time of the reply.

We don't currently record status changes (e.g. Open to On Hold), but I want to at some point.

Thanks for the reply, I think I didn't explain myself correctly.

Soin the ticket section far right it will display in hours and days. I think after 24 hours it should show the date instead.

Also, when inside the ticket it shows the number of days.

I personally don't see much of an issue, but the receptionist seems to keep getting dates wrong
