5 - man hour rate set against customer so i can add X hours and it will pull in there negotiated rate
So you can set the client hourly rate in the client edit modal. If you then track time towards a billable ticket, it automatically calculates the billable hours required when you go to invoice it.

6 - Work sheets based on quotes be able to assign check lists and task lists based off incoming quotes as they become projects (templated)
We already have most of this under projects/tickets, it doesn't really make sense to duplicate it in quotes.
