Restricting User access - Shows total client count

Hi, I have created a user and restricted their access to just their company but when you log in, On the left hand side by Clients it shows the total count of clients - could this be set to just show the count that they are allowed to see or just remove the count for that restricted user? Thanks

You deliberately want a user, with access to a single company? ie, Contacts for a client can have access to the client portal. Users are more the techs logging into the system…

The user could be an onsite tech who should have access to his company's data. Mark could be the backup MSP.

This is true. Some MSPs offer Co-Managed services. It is tedious and inefficient for them to have to use two ticket systems.

It has been implemented. Make them a technician and restrict access to the singular company.

This has been fixed look out for it in 25.02 which should be available in a few weeks.
