adding Contract date datails on clinents.php screenshoot
adding approves on ticket, so the technician would know who to contact if any approval needed. In plan, to click on approver's email and add the email to cc when replying to tickets.
adding Previous ticket to the current ticket, so the technician would quickly can see the details and see if is related to an existing open or closed ticket. in that way, the new ticket, can be assigned to the same technician that dealt with previous ticket if the new issue is the result of previous action taken.
