Auto Close Recurring Ticket

Is there any option to automatically close the (automatically created) ticket at the end of the month of the month? But only those, not all in the system. And if not, I think it would be a cool option for the future.

With the exception of tickets opened by customers, automatic 01. I open a "monthly support for xxx company" ticket into which one puts current topics and "5 minute daily". If this does not automatically close the last month then billing can go to the next month, we can also forget about the invoice. In summary: auto monthly settlements

Basically setting to auto close selected ticket at wish day or end of a month would be great

I am currently at 130 some automatically recurring tickets for various tasks. Automatically closing tickets that haven't been touched would cause a lot of work to slip because I know I don't have to do anything, the ticket will automatically close.

There is the option for bulk updating / resolving tickets.

@mikeie I kinda get the use case here but struggle to see how we'd apply it to other things in a meaningful way.

You could probably achieve what you want through giving these recurring tickets some sort of prefix in the subject and just running a Cron job once a month to close out all tickets with that prefix older than ~27 days.
