Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to get a fully featured CRM added to ITFlow? Especially things like marketing campaigns, etc. I think this would be very helpful and a great addition to ITFlow.

As always, you guys rock for creating this awesome product!

If you're an administrator, you do have the function of bulk emails, but it probably needs a little love/features. Think someone had submitted some stuff that needed to be reviewed?
