I hope the reply on the portal from Johnny made sense? I didn't get it at first but in order to be "global" we have to search every database for your query, and we manipulate the string in different ways to do that (e.g. stripping non-digits to allow for searching phone numbers formatted like +123 456
).
I am glad the ticket reply searching is working so well though. Working with systems like ServiceNow in the past, I've been totally screwed if I didn't know exactly what I was searching for haha.
