New to ITFlow and just getting things started but I seem to keep having an issue where I'm getting errors when trying to submit new information.

- What Operating System, Web Server and Database you're using
Linux itflow 6.1.0-26-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.112-1 (2024-09-30) x86_64
- What app & database version you're on
25.01.3 and 1.8.0 respectively
- How to reproduce the issue & whether you can reproduce the issue on demo.itflow.org
Currently, any time I try to add a new client this seems to happen. I can't reporduce it on the demo.
