Now you`ll probably hate me giving you more work, but this would definitely be something that helps everyone. Here few suggestions for calendar:
Selectable Calendar Views: Users should have the ability to view either their own calendar or see all other users' schedules. This would help in tracking who is on call-outs for the day or other related events. For example, if a customer calls the office asking for a specific technician, staff can check their availability and suggest a suitable time for a callback. This also helps in managing tickets assigned to specific dates and times.
If a technician needs to off-board a customer staff member, he can set own time on the calendar, and do it on scheduled agreed time. a reminder both email/notification 10/15 mins before event should be sent to event participants so they can be ready and action as needed (instead of taking another call/task during the scheduled time)
Participant Invites for Events: When creating an event, allow the option to invite participants. For example, if a technician schedules a call-out to a customer site involving two technicians, the event should automatically appear on both of their calendars, so all the other team members and admins, will know who's where.
