I’ve been exploring ITFlow’s billing features and had a question: is it possible to bill clients based on Technician Group or type of work? I tried digging through the docs and forums to see if this is already an option, but couldn’t find anything—maybe I missed it? Where I work, we charge different rates depending on the technician level, and I’m wondering if ITFlow supports that natively or if there’s a workaround.
On that note, we also have varied rates for things like after-hours work, emergencies (even during business hours—sometimes an extra charge, sometimes a higher rate), and travel (usually half our regular rate, but it also depends on the technician level). It’d be awesome if ITFlow could handle this kind of flexibility. If it doesn’t yet, what other billing possibilities are out there in ITFlow? And if not, I’d suggest adding support for tiered rates by technician group or job type—it’d make invoicing match real MSP workflows and add huge value for the community.
Anyone else dealing with tiered billing like this? How do you handle it in ITFlow? Would love your insights!
