MMRHC Would like the ability to have ITFlow automatically send a followup email to the contact on a ticket if there has been no response after X days. Maybe a checkbox for the option and a parameter value for X in the settings.
magixnetworks Like the idea, I would suggest making this configurable based on the ticket status. If it's waiting on a tech or third party for example the customer doesn't need to be hounded every X days for an update.
