Since moving to version 25 accessibility seems to be gone

I have visually impaired employee and after moving to version 25 he is telling me he can no longer read certain parts of the page.

Was something modified?

which page? how was itflow installed? what does the debug page say?

Tickets he was having some issues with. I cannot replicate because I do not know how to use a screen reader and I can see everything.

I installed ITFlow a few months back using the URL provided.

Did an update using the Update icon. Did a Force Update, had to update the database a few times.

Debug appears to not show any issues.

I will try to get some more specifics from him.

Lets have him test an example. Have him try the following and let me know which one changed and which one works?
