Time Tracking - 12 hr format bug

Is there a way currently to enter the time worked on a ticket? I may just not be seeing it but if not would love to see this added to the ticketing function.

And again may be im just doing something wrong but it starts at 12:00AM on any ticket I open and doesnt have an end time is there something i need to change about that function?

Never mind i see the time worked in the response pane so i guess what im looking for is manual time entry is that a function of this system?

It's designed as a counter, so should start from 0 and then count up automatically for you - like a stopwatch. It can also be manually adjusted if you want to just time track say 2 hrs to a ticket.

We've had a few people run into this weird issue where the browser treats it like time and starts at 12, but can never get to the bottom of why.

@tomtom the Hour is really based off your OS's locale setting I too as well have this issue where it states 12:00:00

Although there is no clear easy fix to set the format for the specific field to 24 hours or 12 Hour format

Mine counts up from 12:00:00 also. I'm using Vivaldi (insanely customizable browser).

For my needs it would suffice to only count seconds from 0 then divide by 3600. For example, 8100 seconds becomes 2.25 hours or 900 seconds becomes .25 hours.
