I believe it's in the roadmap, possibly for version 1.

Any update on the custom fields?
The lack of this feature is currently hindering our migration to ITflow 🙂

Part of the front-end settings and database is here (https://demo.itflow.org/settings_custom_fields.php -- but hidden) but we have yet to actually make these fields visible for any objects (assets, clients, contacts, etc).
