Getting the same issue with creating or updating a credential. Have not checked the logs yet.

Just ran the update and it seems to have fixed it. @Wikiphil try updating and see if the error goes away.

We pushed out a fix to the develop branch.

In the meantime to workaround this issue, just assign the license a vendor.
